BLU CrewClean the Universe

Flagship service

Construction cleaning, start to turnover.

Most cleaning companies show up twice: a rough clean, a final clean, done. They execute the minimum and move on. BLU runs a repeatable, staged closeout system designed around real construction flow. Crews are staged through your schedule, coordinated with your super, and documented area by area, so walkthroughs pass the first time.

Pre FF&E Cleaning

Before fixtures, furniture, and equipment move in, the build gets its first full reset. High dusting, debris out, floors scraped and swept. The site stays safe, inspectable, and ready for the next trade.

Pre Punch Deep Cleaning

A deep clean ahead of the punch walk. Dust that settled into finished work comes out, protection film gets checked, and the punch list gets shorter before it is ever written.

Final Cleaning

The detail pass that turns a job site into a finished space: glass, frames, fixtures, hardware, and floors finished for the material. Every surface is touched in a documented sequence.

Grand Opening Cleaning

Owner walkthrough cleans and VIP passes timed to openings. When leadership flies in for day one, the building reads finished.

Straight answers

Questions GCs actually ask.

What stages do you actually run?

A typical closeout plan runs high dusting, pre inspection cleaning, pre punch deep cleaning, owner walkthrough cleaning, final cleaning, and VIP or grand opening passes. During the BLU Audit we map which stages your project needs and place them in your schedule.

How fast can BLU mobilize a crew?

For schedule rescues we have mobilized full crews within days, including 600,000 sq ft of concrete cleaned in four days for a GC facing a locked closeout date. For planned work, we build the cleaning schedule into your construction schedule during the BLU Audit.

Do you work alongside active trades?

Yes. Staged cleans are designed for it. Crews run engineered zone assignments around the trades on site, coordinate through your superintendent, and document everything, so there is never a question about what was cleaned when.

Are you insured and ready for prequalification?

Bonded to $1.4M+ per project, fully insured, and Texas HUB certified. Send us your prequalification packet and we will return it completed, with our W-9, insurance certificates, bonding letter, and safety program. We work inside Procore, BuildingConnected, and TrustLayer.

What does construction cleaning cost?

It depends on square footage, build type, stage count, and schedule. That is exactly what the free BLU Audit answers: we walk the site, map the scope, and hand you a plan with real numbers, no obligation.
