Construction Cleaning Associate

Your mission

Job sites are chaotic, dusty, and worn from months of hard labor. BLU Crew turns those spaces into places ready for customers, businesses, and communities. As a Construction Cleaning Associate, your attention to detail, precision, and pride in the finished work help make that transformation possible.

What you will do

• Remove construction debris, dust, residue, and marks.
• Detail floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and equipment.
• Sanitize bathrooms, locker rooms, and communal spaces.
• Use equipment such as sweepers and scrubbers to clean floors thoroughly.
• Identify cleaning issues and work with your crew to meet the quality standard.

What you bring

• Pride in the details, dependable attendance, and clear communication with your crew.
• A willingness to learn. Experience is welcome, and training is provided.
• Availability for variable shifts, including nights and weekends when needed.
• A willingness to travel regularly. This role involves nearly 100% travel to project sites.
• Comfort with standing, walking, bending, lifting, and physically active work.

Pay, travel, and growth

Pay starts at $17 per hour. The crew is based in Caddo Mills, Texas, and travels to project sites. BLU provides training, per diem for food and lodging while traveling, and opportunities to take on more responsibility as your skills grow.
