You’ll take important priorities from an identified problem to a working solution. Start with our four people pillars: recruiting, onboarding, training, and development/retention, and help team leads become clearer and more capable in their responsibilities.

• Get involved in execution within systems like Talent Acquisition and understand what needs to improve.
• Design and carry out business systems with direction from both founders.
• Lead subsequent projects to strengthen cleaning processes, project management and other pressing needs.
• Establish a lasting owner for business systems through training, automation or an approved hire as your focus evolves.

Help execute the founders’ vision and turn objectives into executable steps.

You have a record of taking ownership, learning quickly and eliminating work for founders and management. You communicate clearly, use sound judgment and enjoy helping other people improve. You’re comfortable getting involved in execution and using software and data to make things better.

Your experience may come from operations, project management, people development, a service business or founder support with meaningful project ownership. A previous Chief of Staff title, a degree in business or management and construction experience are a plus.

The package includes a $90,000 to $105,000 base salary, depending on demonstrated capability, plus a 10% discretionary bonus. You’ll work primarily from our Caddo Mills office and shop, with occasional site visits and flexibility to work remotely when appropriate to the work.
