Cullen and Antonio’s partnership began in the halls of Caddo Mills High School, where their shared ambition and competitive spirit sparked a lasting friendship. After graduating, they took different paths—Cullen earning a degree in Industrial Engineering from A&M Commerce, and Antonio studying Technology Management at Texas A&M. Both men share a deep love for Texas and a proud allegiance to the Aggie community, which continues to inspire their values and vision.

Professionally, Cullen thrived as an ESG engineer in the natural gas industry, while Antonio specialized in A/V systems for educational and corporate environments. Despite promising careers, they felt a pull to build something of their own—something that reflects who they are and the change they want to see. In 2025, Blu Cleaners entered a new chapter with the addition of Corey Swan and Andrew Banner. Corey, known as The HypeOlogist for his Wall Street background and innovative marketing systems, brought strategic vision and branding expertise to the team.
